Your order will be sent out on average within 3 days of ordering. Orders with multiple products may arrive separately.
DELIVERY COSTS
We charge a flat rate for standard shipping worldwide. As follows:
Europe/USA: £4.50 (+£2.00 for each additional item)
Canada: £6.50 (+£2.50 for each additional item)
Worldwide: £7.50 (+£2.50 for each additional item)
EFTA States: £9.50 (+£2.50 for each additional item)
Our products are fulfilled from warehouses located in the United States, Canada, Latvia, Mexico, Spain, Japan and Australia. This is to allow our customers to benefit from local carriers to enable faster delivery times and avoid customs charges.
On some occasions we may be unable to fulfil your order locally, in which case longer delivery times and custom charges may be expected.
We do not take responsibility for customs fees.
RESTRICTED TERRITORIES
We don’t ship to some countries because of legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations.
The list of restricted countries may change depending on world events, but for now, we don’t ship to the following destinations:
Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine
Russia
Belarus
The Gaza Strip region in Palestine
Ecuador
Cuba
Iran
Syria
North Korea
Please note that Russia’s war in Ukraine severely limits shipping to Ukraine. For now, we’re only able to ship products fulfilled in our Latvian facilities.
Due to the impacts related to the Covid-19 pandemic and other unrelated service disruptions, our shipping carriers also don’t offer international shipping to the following countries or some regions of these countries (last updated on Nov 17, 2023):

Order never arrived
If your order didn't end up arriving, be sure to let us know!
First, check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, we'd be happy to send you another order to the correct address, however, it will have to be at your cost.
If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us at shop@metrikmusic.com making sure you quote your order number. We'll see what can be done.
Tracking
Details for tracking the item will be sent once the order has been fulfilled. If you have any issues tracking your order, please get in touch and we will be happy to help.
Returns Policy
Please check our size guide carefully before making your purchase.
If you are not satisfied with any of the items you have received for any reason, we will be happy to issue a refund for the cost of the items providing we receive the returned items from you in the condition that they were sent, within 28 days of delivery to you.
Please contact us and wait for a response before returning item to us. Any returns should include a note of your name, order number and a brief explanation of your reason for returning the items.
For UK customers, please ask the Post Office for a 'proof of postage receipt' when sending your items back to us. This proves you have sent the package back to us should the package get lost in transit. The Post Office will not charge you for this.
Please note the package is your responsibility until it reaches us. We will be unable to refund or resend your order without a proof of postage receipt.
In any event, please contact us before sending anything back to us, regardless of where you are in the world.

Damaged Items
The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If an order arrives damaged, then please get in touch with a photo within 7 days of receiving the item.
